Terms and Conditions for Training with Epoxy Depot
- Introduction
These terms and conditions (hereinafter referred to as “Agreement”) govern your participation in the floor training courses offered by Epoxy Depot. By registering and attending our training programs, you agree to be bound by the provisions outlined in this Agreement. Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before proceeding with the training registration process. - Training Registration
2.1. Payment: The payment for training is non-refundable under any circumstances.
2.2. Rescheduling: In the event that the trainee is unable to attend the scheduled training date, the training can be rescheduled one time only.
2.3. Rescheduling Requests: The trainee must submit a request for rescheduling at least five (5) business days prior to the original training date.
2.4. Rescheduling Fee: There will be no rescheduling fee charged for the first rescheduled training date. However, any subsequent rescheduling requests may be subject to a rescheduling fee determined by Epoxy Depot. - Training Conduct
3.1. Attendance: Trainees are expected to participate fully in the training program by attending all sessions and completing any assigned coursework or exercises.
3.2. Code of Conduct: Trainees are required to adhere to a professional code of conduct during the training sessions. Any breach of this code, including disruptive behavior or harassment towards trainers or fellow trainees, may result in immediate termination from the training program without refund.
3.3. Intellectual Property: All training materials, including but not limited to presentations, handouts, manuals, and any other related documents, provided during the training program, are the intellectual property of Epoxy Depot. Trainees are strictly prohibited from reproducing, distributing, or using these materials for any purpose outside the scope of the training without prior written consent from Epoxy Depot. - Disclaimer
4.1. Training Suitability: Epoxy Depot provides training for educational purposes only. The company does not guarantee or warrant the suitability of the training programs for any specific purpose or application.
4.2. Trainer Qualifications: Epoxy Depot strives to provide qualified trainers with relevant industry experience. However, the company does not guarantee the effectiveness of the training or the specific results that can be achieved by the trainees. - Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Epoxy Depot disclaims any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in any way connected with the training programs, including but not limited to any errors or omissions in the training materials or presentations, or any actions taken or not taken by the trainees based on the information provided during the training. - General Provisions
6.1. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the training is conducted.
6.2. Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between Epoxy Depot and the trainee regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior agreements, whether oral or written.
6.3. Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
6.4. Modification: Epoxy Depot reserves the right to modify or update these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
By registering for Epoxy Depot’s training programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with the above terms and conditions.
